ROYAL BATH

Duration of the procedure: 30 minutes

The Golden Bath, formerly known as the Blue Bath, is a true rarity in Slovak spa culture. This circular pool, adorned with a golden mosaic, features an active piscina. Thermal healing mineral water continuously flows in through a grated bottom and exits via overflow. The spring has a flow rate of 0.74 liters per second, and the water temperature in the bath is maintained at 38°C (100.4°F).

BRASIL OXYGEN

Duration of the procedure: 50 minutes

This is an oxygen therapy in which humidified air enriched with oxygen is inhaled, produced by the Oxymat device. The increased oxygen supply enhances the effectiveness of the body’s defense mechanisms, boosts physical performance, and slows down overall aging. It is suitable for athletes, seniors, top executives, and people under significant pressure who need to deliver peak performance.

THERMOTHERAPY

The basis of this therapy includes mud, paraffin, or peat wraps. The wraps are applied at a temperature of 50 – 55°C, effectively warming the affected area, which increases metabolism and subsequently provides pain relief. Heat therapy procedures relax muscles, reduce spasms, improve the nutrition and function of organs, enhance metabolism, alleviate pain, and stimulate the body’s immune defenses. Additionally, the wraps have a relaxing and soothing effect and offer beautifying benefits. They are especially recommended for acute injuries, inflammations, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, as well as for reflexive muscle changes, arthritis, and spinal disorders.

POSEIDON

Duration of the procedure: 20 minutes

An underwater massage performed with a water jet, where the water pressure during the massage is 0.2 – 0.4 MPa, and the temperature is 36-37°C. This procedure is named after one of the most powerful Greek gods, who ruled over everything that happened beneath the surface of the sea.

ZEUS CLASSIC MASSAGE

Duration of the procedure: 40 minutes

The techniques of a classic massage help maintain muscles in good condition, improve skin circulation, enhance the body’s detoxification, and help relieve stiff and painful muscles, especially in the neck, between the shoulder blades, and in the lower back. Touch, in general, effectively helps the body release internal tension, making this massage particularly beneficial for mental well-being. The massage is performed using sunflower or soy bio massage oil.

It supports detoxification, accelerates metabolism, boosts the body’s natural defenses, and normalizes blood pressure. During the procedure, the client lies down and relaxes.

A carbonated mineral bath is prepared by saturating the water with CO2. Carbon dioxide has beneficial effects on the entire body. This bath is named after the precious stone of various shades of yellow—citrine, which brings a sense of active life energy and purification.

Partial and Full Baths:

The temperature of the mineral baths typically ranges from 34° to 38°C (occasionally up to 40°C). They are beneficial for treating:

Drinking Cures:

From a urological perspective, due to its calcium sulfate (CaSO4) content, it lowers urine pH, making it highly suitable for phosphate and carbonate stones and sand in the urinary tract.
Drinking the water is recommended for prostate inflammations because it contains high levels of calcium and magnesium, which have anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.
Due to its high calcium, magnesium, and fluoride content, the mineral water is also very suitable for drinking cures that help prevent osteoporosis and various types of kidney stones and digestive issues.
For the digestive system, it is beneficial for inflammation of the colon lining, where it has a soothing effect on the mucous membranes. It also aids in gallbladder diseases by increasing bile production and secretion.
It is a suitable drink and therapeutic remedy for hyperacidity and increased production of stomach acid. However, it is not recommended for individuals with low stomach acid levels.
